Introduction:

Battery works as an important part of backup power supply and plays a key role in final gurantee for safe

operation of the system. Battery needs to be tested and maintained every quarter or even every month, the test results also needs to be analysised. The internal resistance tester has been widely used in daily battery

maintenance in the world. Battery's Internal resistance have been recognized as important parameters to

determine the status of the battery health accurately and quickly.

BTS2612M battery internal resistance tester uses big DC current test methods to avoid the interference of the engine room electromagnetic and battery internal capacitance of the battery test effectively. Using WINDOWS operating system , more intelligent ; 4.3 -inch color LCD screen , intuitive display ; touch screen operation,

 more convenient to get rid of the cumbersome keys . Testing battery online , no need to discharge and can

 test battery's health status. The test results can be stored and seeked, send measurement data to computer

 through the U disk or network, analyze the test result through a strong background analysis software and

 generate test reports automatically.

Test Procedure:

·The instrument is equipped with a dedicated battery test clip, cable plug connects into the instrument , red folder connected to battery positive column; red-black clip connected to

battery negative ; the black folder connected to next battery on the same side of the negative pole.

·Select single or multiple testing , enter into the test interface, the instrument automatically determine the voltage and real - time display ; touch test , the instrument automatically

complete all tests and calculations .

· Test data instrument automatically stored collection, enter the query interface ready

reference and comparison at any time . Test data be downloaded to computer by U disk, generate reports and various needed chart through the background analysis software automatically.

· Instrument connected to the Internet network through internet communication interface , global remote copy data and perform instrumentation upgrades.
